Come join Believe in Syracuse and Hopeprint on Saturday October 19 for HopeBlitz 2013! Taking place on the 100 block of Lilac Street on Syracuse's Northside, we'll be spending the day doing a neighborhood clean-up and helping Hopeprint to do some repair work on its houses. We are seeking at c. 30 volunteers for 3-hour shifts, which will go from 10am to 1pm and from 1pm to 4pm.
Hopeprint is a community of volunteers living on the Northside that is dedicated to serving Syracuse's refugees. Its programs include community dinners, English language practice, tutoring and after-school activities for kids, leadership courses for women, and much more.
Be sure to get in touch with Stephen Terzolo with questions and for more details. Come out and join us in bringing hope to Syracuse's refugees!
